About Hella
Hella-Barbara Rank has been active in the Los Angeles fashion industry since 1988. She received a masters degree from the prestigious fashion school in Munich, Germany (Deutsche Meisterschule für Mode). After a decade of working as a senior artistic director for one of Latin America’s best know fashion companies, Hella opened her very own couture salon in Los Angeles, creating luxurious styles for a sophisticated clientele. After discovering her love for luxurious leather material she now proudly presents her ready-to-wear line. Using exquisite couture-like craftsmanship she creates the perfect leather jacket: modern, exceptional, juxtaposing refinement with rawness.
While concentrating on her apparel line, her iconic rose bag has always been part of her collection and has inspired her to create a unique playful and eclectic accessory line as well.
A native of Germany, Hella resides in Beverly Hills.
